1. Use of the Services

Imperum provides an AI-driven, hyperautomated Security Operations (SecOps) platform. This includes:

• AI-powered threat detection, response, and investigation
• Automated case management
• Integration with protocols like SSH, RDP, Webhooks, CLI, and more
• Mobile-first incident response and analyst assistance

You may only use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business use only.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Use the platform to build competing solutions
• Interfere with service performance or access
• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the platform — including software, content, and branding — belongs to Imperum or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.

5. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your data remains yours. We may process it solely to provide and improve the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the legality of the data you submit.

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential or proprietary information from the platform or its services.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

8. Fees & Payments

Use of certain features may require payment. Fees and billing terms will be specified in your signed agreement or Order Form. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Imperum may interface with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their performance or availability. Use of such tools is subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Your activity presents a risk to the platform

Upon termination, your access to the Services will end and we may delete associated data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Imperum is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your data submissions or integrations

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam unless otherwise agreed in writing.
